I. Sample Orders: For all sample orders, a 100% advance payment is required before processing the order.

II. Bulk Orders: For bulk orders exceeding $3000 USD, a 50% payment of the total order value is due in advance before processing.

The remaining 50% of the total order value must be paid before delivery.

III. Payment Methods: For orders below $3000 USD, we accept payments through Western Union or MoneyGram.

For orders above $3000 USD, we accept payments via direct bank transfer.

4. Shipping and Handling

Shipping charges for returns and replacements due to customer preference or fault will be covered by the customer.

In cases of damages or defects in the sample or ordered product, we are committed to offering replacements at no additional cost if the fault is on our part.

Customers must notify us of any damaged products within 5 days after delivery to qualify for a replacement.

5. Product Information

While we endeavor to provide accurate and up-to-date product information on our website, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any information.
